The gains I realized in that trade floored me when I took a long at my portfolio value on Friday. The blow out spike that allowed me to double and roll my callers to 190(!) and the ridiculous 170 weeklies a day away from Op-Ex. The speed at which NFLX options decayed was precipitous. The futures trading is certainly more sexy, but the boring retirement picks are the ones that consistently make me money. Phil - I followed your great pick re F and sold short the 1011 2.50 puts (200 contracts) and paid for the next 10 years of membership fees…. As I was reading your postings, I had hindsight of what the day brought. Phil – Great calls yesterday, you were in top form. I never say it often enough, but Phil – thanks for all the work you do for us. The wonderful resource that Phil has created for us and nourished by its members is so powerful in what it can teach us going forward, but also what we can learn from the past. My portfolio gained over 10% this week which is just amazing. Thanks once again for teaching me to fish. Well today may have been my most successful futures trading day since I began here and the week has been spectacular! It has just seemed so easy when you give us a range and I execute properly. Phil I have been telling you for a while how I feel like I am really understanding you now and thanking you.
Auxl stock upgrade#
I would like to immediately upgrade my membership. In a little over three weeks I have cleared almost 1000.00 dollars and got an intensive education at the same time. I have followed along with your commentary and alerts and have been flabbergasted at your quick analytical skills and your journalistic skills to explain it clearly. I manage about half a million, and although I may not always achieve what Phil does, I am not complaining. I have been here for 8 years, and am grateful to PHIL and fellow members. In addition, it's great to know that I have many sources, mostly Phil, if I get lost in a trade. It is also where I get a constant flow of new ideas. This site, for me, is where I have learned how to use options & futures. It's just a great feeling to watch your brokerage account hold steady in a sea of red. not losing what we've gained moves front and center. At this time in my life when I cant trade every day……. I don't need to be a day trader to take advantage of PSW. And that is by using your longer term hedges and strategies. It hardly gets my attention when I open my brokerage portfolio accounts. I now it may sound like BS to some readers but my 401k is down a mere 3%. Even though I don't have the time to trade every day now I set up hedges and base long term strategy on PSW. : Phil….been travelling more than not but reading and watching you guys every night.
